The race to get every UK citizen online by 2012 has begun. UK Digital Champion, Martha Lane Fox, has launched the Race Online 'Networked Nation' manifesto at Number 10 Downing Street. The manifesto sets out plans to inspire and encourage all UK citizens to enjoy the benefits of the web.
