Online shopping is set to overtake traditional in-store shopping with 90% of the UK's online consumers searching for their latest purchase via the Internet, claims a new report. With only 8% more consumers shopping in-store than they did online last year, just under half of those polled during the research, said they had received a better level of service online compared to when they shopped in-store.
